Hi, I’m Kylyn Maxwell – a multifaceted creative finishing my Bachelor of Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communications, alongside a Bachelor of Arts with a focus in Graphic Design. I’m driven by curiosity and meaning, always looking beneath the surface to understand not just how things look, but why they appear the way they do.
Art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I bring that same childlike curiosity into my adult work. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty, whether that means experimenting with messy physical mediums, collecting textures from my surroundings, or building designs that feel tactile and rooted in the real world. My style is physical, exploratory, and deeply connected to lived experience. Outside of design, I enjoy creating mixed-media artwork, shooting film photography, and traveling.
